ShapeParams

Which voxels exist: the main mass, its surface, its fractures and any extra rocks.

Defined in: params.ts:12

Properties

PropertyTypeDescriptionDefined in
aspectnumberHeight as a fraction of size: 1 is as tall as wide, 0.4 is a slab.params.ts:16
clusternumberExtra smaller rocks nestled against the main one. Each overlaps its parent so the whole stays one connected piece.params.ts:38
clusterScalenumberSize of the extras as a fraction of the main rock, and its spread.params.ts:40
clusterScaleVarnumber-params.ts:41
detailnumberBumps per radius. Low is a few great lumps; high is finer lumps.params.ts:24
elongationnumberDepth as a fraction of size, so the footprint need not be round.params.ts:18
exponentnumberSuperellipsoid exponent: 2 round, 4 a rounded box, 8 nearly a block.params.ts:20
facetDepthnumberFraction of the rock each fracture removes, at most.params.ts:33
facetsnumberFracture planes cut into each rock. 0 leaves a water-worn cobble; 6-12 gives the flat facets and hard edges of broken stone.params.ts:31
gritnumberFine surface grit in voxels; breaks the contour terraces on shallow slopes.params.ts:26
roughnessnumberSurface displacement as a fraction of radius.params.ts:22
sinknumberFraction of the height buried: the anchor sits this far up the rock.params.ts:43
sizenumberLongest horizontal extent, in voxels.params.ts:14
